She was one of many crazed fans who attended his funeral on the lawn at Graceland. Carol was featured in the Elvis Presley Fan Club Magazine and the Dixon Telegraph for her Elvis bedroom in her home filled with Elvis memorabilia.
She was a social butterfly; she loved socializing with her family and friends. Carol owned and operated a stitchery business called Pretty Punch for several years. She enjoyed frequent trips to Las Vegas, area casinos and riverboats for a little gambling fun with her family and friends in her younger years.
