Carol J. (Eberly) Wolf

  Carol J. Wolf, 68, of Dixon, passed away at 5:21 AM Monday (May 18, 2015) at her residence.

  Carol was a Registered Nurse having worked at K.S.B. Hospital in Dixon and retired from the Tammerlane Center in Sterling.

  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon.  Rev. Frank Langhoff of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Dixon will officiate.

  The Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Dixon is in charge of the arrangements.

  She was born on April 2, 1947 in Dixon to Harold & Violet (Schrader) Eberly.  She married Rick Wolf on December 26, 1969 in Missouri.  They later divorced.

  She is survived by:  Heather (the late Tony) Selden of Dixon, Jennifer Fisher of Whitefish Bay, WI, Sarah (Craig) Beauchem of Dixon, Paul (Tina) Wolf of Dixon; Becky (Brian) Healy of Denver, CO and Deb (Russ) Gates of Racine, WI; 7 grandchildren:  Chase, Drake, Justin, Connor, Zoe, Alyssa & Marlie.

  She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Nancy Courtwright.

  Carol graduated from Dixon High School and then graduated from Swedish American School of Nursing in Rockford. 

  Carol was active as a Girl Scout leader and she loved to camp with her family and spending time with her family.

  Memorials may be directed to the Rock River Hospice.
