Daniel W. Martin

Daniel W. Martin, age 56, of Polo, died Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling.  

Daniel was born on June 2, 1962 in Minneapolis, Minn. The son of Jack and Loretta Martin.  He was a factory worker for many years, most currently with Micron.

Survivors include one son, Matthew (Sinda) Martin of Mt. Morris; one brother, Joel (Lori) Martin of Arlington Heights; one niece, Rachel Martin; and one nephew, Adam Martin.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Dixon.
