Donna Jaggers-Miller Obituary

Donna I. Jaggers-Miller, age 72, of Harmon, died Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling.

Donna was born May 2, 1949 in Dixon the daughter of Neil and Alice (Smallwood) Willstead. She married James Miller on April 10, 2006 in Las Vegas, Nev. She was part owner of Chakra Tree Crystals in Rock Falls and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband, James Miller of Harmon; three children, Barbara (Tony) Manley of Fulton, Kathy (Steve) Eilers of Rock Falls and Tommy Jaggers of Bourbonnais; one brother, Keith (Grace) Willstead of Harmon; and three grandchildren, Phoenix Eilers, Gabriel Eilers and Jude Eilers.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold Jaggers; her parents; and one brother, Marvin Willstead.

Visitation will be Friday, November 5, 2021 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Dixon.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
