Gloria Jean (Jones) Johnson

  Gloria Jean Johnson, 74, of Dixon died Sunday January 10, 2016 at her residence.      

  Gloria was born in Goreville, on February 8, 1941, the daughter of Sybil (Martin) and Jesse Jones.She married Franklin C. Johnson on February 15, 1956, he preceded her in death on March 1, 1982.    

  She is survived by four daughters, Crystal (Juan) Reyes of Strasburg, Colorado, Tammie Johnson of Dixon, Valerie (Lee) Montoya of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Shannon Bailey of Dixon; one son Bryant Johnson of Dixon; grandchildren, Levi Henson, Alicia and Jr. Spotts, Victoria King, Shane, Mercedes, Amber and Shantal Johnson, Jamie Morrissey and great grandchildren.

  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother Bobby Dean Jones; one sister Shirley Ann Henry.    

  Gloria loved her daughters and son greatly.  She enjoyed to sit and watch the birds.    

  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday January 12, 2016 at the Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
