Gregory J. McIntyre, 66 of Dixon died at 9:55 AM Thursday (December 19, 2013) at his residence.
He was born on December 22, 1946 in Dixon to Frank and Thelma (Herron) McIntyre.
He is survived by a daughter, Shannon; a son, Jarod and one grandson Lukas.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Brian McIntyre.
He graduated from Dixon High School and served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He retired from the Dixon Post Office.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday April 17, 2014 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon. The Rev. John Kalebaugh will officate. Cremation rites have been accorded. Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Dixon is in charge of the arrangements.
