Nancy Lewallen, 46, of Dixon, passed away at 5:55 PM Saturday (January 3, 2015) at her residence.
She was born on June 12, 1968 in Aguada, Puerto Rico to Ismael "Bill" Lopez & Olga (Padua) Lopez. She married Kevin Lewallen on July 11, 2009. He survives.
She is also survived by a son: Joseph (Stephanie) Lopez of Dixon; a daughter, Vianise Villarreal of Dixon; her parents Jessie & Ogla (Padua) Lopez of Clearwater, FL; numerous brothers and sisters; her In-laws: Lyle and June Smith of Lanark and sisters in law: Misty Smith of Davenport and Melody (Pat) Horn of Oak Harbor, WA.
She had worked in the home health care field.
A visitation will be held from 9 AM – Noon on Friday at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Dixon.
Funeral services will be held at Noon on Friday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon.
