Patricia Lee (Vornberg) Leffew

Patricia Lee Leffew, 71, of Champaign, passed away Saturday (9-5-15) at Carle Hospital in Urbana.

She was born on Sept 27, 1943 in St. Louis, MO to Ralph & Clara (Senf) Vornberg. She married Albert H. Leffew. He preceded her in death on April 4, 2009.

She is survived by children: Michael Leffew of Asheboro, N.C., James (Heather) Leffew of Champaign and William Leffew of Chicago; 5 grandchildren; a brother, Robert (Brenda) Vornberg and two sisters: Lois (Stan) Storch and Susie Howard all of MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a daughter, Brenda Sawyer.

She graduated from Roosevelt High School in St. Louis and had worked at the Worlds Finest Chocolate in Chicago.

She was a member of the William McKinley Post 231 American Legion Auxilliary in Chicago.

A memorial visitation will be held from 10-11 AM Thursday the Mittendorf-Calvert Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday at the funeral home.

Inurnment will be in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
