Ronald Lyle Farringer

  Ronald Lyle Farringer, age 80, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away Monday, April 13th, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
 A native of Dixon, Illinois, he was born on June 6, 1934 to Lyle Farringer  and Ellyn Utz Farringer.  Retired as a Machinist from the Henry Pratt Company in Dixon, Illinois, he was a member of the Wood Carvers and the Shenanigans Society in Savannah, Georgia and attended Mass regularly at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church in Savannah.
 Preceded in death by his parents and one son, Darrell Farringer, Mr. Farringer is survived by his wife Leonie Farringer of Savannah, Georgia; their children, Ronald (Gwen) Farringer of Lynchburg, Va, Sue (Ron) Levan of Dixon, Il, Rick (Penny) Farringer of Lee Center, Il, Rose Grygiel of Savannah, Ga, and Daughter-in-law, Nancy Farringer of Amboy, Il; Grandchildren,Natalie (Billy) Wesley, Candace Farringer, Ashley Farringer of Lynchburg, Va

  Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday June 12, 2015 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Dixon.  Inurnment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon.
