Sharon "Diane" (Keener) Pate

  Sharon “Diane” Pate, 58, of Cicero, formerly of Dixon, passed away Friday (March 13, 2015) at Foster G. McGaw Hospital in Maywood.

  She was born August 15, 1954 in Knoxville, TN to Arthur & Elise May (Young) Keener.  She was formerly married to Michael Pate.

  She is survived by a daughter, Tammi (Todd Bishop) Pate of Dixon; grandchildren:  Trevor Bishop & Faith Bishop; a sister, Brenda (Gary) Dolatowski of Berwyn; a nephew, Adam Dolatowski; a niece, Angela (Russ) Lynch and a special friend, Danny Canerday of Cicero.

  She was preceded in death by her parents and her former husband.

  Diane loved animals, plants, gardening and painting.

  Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Thursday (April 2, 2015) at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon.  Rev. Mike Jones of First United Methodist Church will officiate.

  The Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Dixon is in charge of the arrangements.
