William “Bill” Moritz

Bill Moritz, 57, of Dixon, died peacefully Wednesday, April 22, 2015, in his home. 

Bill was born May 23, 1957, in Rockford, the son of Donna Marie Walker Moritz.  Survivors include his twin brother, Ray Moritz of Freeport.

A memorial service will be held at the Mabley Center on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 2:30pm. 

Bill Moritz was a man of strong will, who did things in his own time.  He enjoyed the water and going for rides.   Bill was a teacher of patience and compassion, and those who knew him were touched by his life.  

  Cremation rites have been accorded.  The Chapel Hill Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
